The Bel Air is an ideal destination for family holidays and romantic getaways. It is situated very close to the beach at Broadbeach. It is located opposite Pacific Fair. The rooms are all beautifully appointed with extraordinary views. The resort has three towers along with three pools, a wading pool, an indoor heated pool and a regular pool. There are multiple BBQs, a gym, sauna and spa and all within meters of the beach.

The rooms are luxurious one and two bedroom, fully self-contained apartments with private balconies. Most of the rooms have spectacular ocean or hinterland views. There is no restaurant facility in Bel Air. The surrounding areas have several restaurants catering a wide variety of local and international cuisine
A fully equipped gymnasium is provided for the guests. It has a two tiered Roman style cascading pool. The hotel facilities are:

At present a part of the hotel is under construction. The construction work is expected to finish soon. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and cater to all the needs and demands of the visitors immediately. Room service is quite good. Sheets are changed and rooms cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The hotel takes bookings online. Bookings made by telephone is also accepted by the hotel.
